Working Principle:
The colloid-milling machine works on the rotor and stator principal. Both the rotor and stator are of special steel to withstand high wear and tear. The material is forced through the gap between the
stator and rotor and is subject to high shearing and hydraulic forces before it is discharged from the mill. Adjusting the gap between the rotor and stator can minutely control the rate and fineness of the product. The gap adjustment is possible even while the mill is in operation.

The parts, which come into contact with the product, are made of high-quality stainless steel.

• Coupling is provided between the motor shaft and rotor shaft for ease of maintenance.
• A multi-level leak proof sealing device between the motor and the processing chamber to prevent material going in the motor winding.

• Special design facilitates adjustments of the grinding gap by exterior screw by means of handle even during operation.
• Modified design of semi concave teeth in rotor and stator reduces power consumption and gives better performance in size reduction.
